CSS Formatter
Format or minify CSS without breaking strings and url() values.
Try it here
This runs the same engine the extension uses, in this page. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there is no account. Close the tab and it is gone.
This tool needs JavaScript. The rest of the page describes what it does, and the extension does the same thing offline.
What it needs
Nothing beyond the extension itself.
